How did your journey began?
I started doing henna at a very young age. For Eid, I would apply henna on my siblings, and that’s how my journey began. Over time, my passion grew, leading me to develop my own unique style and share it through @taec_henna.
If you weren’t doing this, what do you think you’d be doing?
If I weren’t an artist, I’d probably be doing something creative—maybe in design or a field that lets me express ideas in a unique way.
What’s a random fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
I can create the most intricate henna designs, but symmetry? That’s my biggest challenge!
What’s the best piece of life advice you’ve ever received?
Growth takes time, and staying true to my unique style is what truly matters.
What were some of the biggest challenges you faced in your journey, and how did you overcome them?
My biggest challenge was creating a unique brand while using only organic henna. Many customers preferred chemical-based henna for faster stains, so I had to educate them about the beauty of natural henna. Over time, consistency and quality helped me build trust and establish my own style.
What are your dreams or goals?
My goal is to expand my brand, explore new creative techniques, and continue inspiring others through my unique henna style.
Are there any upcoming projects you're excited about?
Yes! I’m currently working on new henna stencil designs and improving my packaging to enhance the customer experience. I’m also exploring ideas for future classes to share my techniques with others.
What advice would you give to aspiring artists who are just starting out?
Stay consistent, be patient, and trust your unique style. Don’t rush the process—growth takes time. Keep practicing, learn from every experience, and most importantly, enjoy the journey!
